Starting therapy
The initial call is a chance to share a little about what’s been going on, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether I’m the right person to help. You can choose to talk by phone or on Teams, whichever feels easier. There’s no obligation, and no pressure to make any decisions during the call.
Many people suffer in silence for far too long before reaching out.
I work online with adults of all backgrounds and regularly support people who are neurodivergent, from the LGBTQ+ community, and those in later life.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re local or further afield, based in the UK or internationally.
